Immigration, work-permit, residence, marriage and property rules can depend on facts that are not visible to the service and can change without notice. Always check consequential decisions with the cited official source and, where appropriate, the responsible authority or a qualified adviser.

Service availability

Features, coverage, model providers, source sets, limits and availability may change as the service develops. ExpatGuideAI may be unavailable, incomplete or incorrect, and access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or provider changes.

Premium subscriptions

ExpatGuideAI Premium is offered as a recurring Monthly subscription at a reference price of USD 9.99 per month and an Annual subscription at a reference price of USD 89.99 per year. Storefront taxes, currency conversion and prices displayed by Apple, Google Play or Paddle may vary by country or provider.

A Premium purchase is linked to the authenticated ExpatGuideAI account after successful provider reconciliation. The same account may use its Premium entitlement across supported web, iPhone and Android experiences. Separate accounts do not automatically share entitlements.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. You can manage or cancel through the billing provider used for the purchase: Paddle for supported web purchases, Apple for App Store purchases, and Google Play for Google Play purchases.

Canceling stops future renewal. Unless the provider or applicable law requires otherwise, access normally remains available through the already-paid billing period.

Refunds

Refund handling depends on the provider that processed the purchase. Web purchases processed by Paddle follow the applicable Paddle-supported refund process; App Store purchases are handled through Apple; Google Play purchases are handled through Google Play.

Source-backed does not mean guaranteed

For supported regulated topics, ExpatGuideAI is designed to prefer reviewed official sources and to fail closed when reviewed-source coverage is missing. That design reduces risk but does not guarantee that every source is current, complete, correctly interpreted or applicable to your exact circumstances.

Your responsibilities

ExpatGuideAI is independent. It is not endorsed by or affiliated with the Thai government, Immigration Bureau, Department of Employment or any other authority unless a page explicitly says otherwise. Using the service does not create a lawyer-client, adviser-client, agency or fiduciary relationship.

Third-party sources and services

The service may link to official agencies and other third-party websites and may use third-party infrastructure, AI providers and billing providers. We do not control third-party sites, their availability, their content or their privacy practices.

Intellectual property

The ExpatGuideAI product, interface, software, original explanatory content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Official source material remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owner. You may use ordinary answers for your personal informational purposes, but you may not scrape, resell or systematically reproduce the service in a way that harms the product or bypasses access controls.

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExpatGuideAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or similar losses arising from reliance on the service, missed deadlines, travel decisions, filings, third-party actions or service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and suspension

We may change these terms or modify, limit or suspend the service when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, provider changes, product development or abuse prevention. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
